All orders are payable on demand in US dollars.

For PayPal: Payment must be submitted through the PayPal ordering system through the pricefavor.ecrater.com ordering process in order for the shipment to be released.
Your shipping address must match the confirmed PayPal address, including all punctuation and abbreviations.
When paying by eCheck, the eCheck must clear before the shipment is released.
We only accept payments from Verified PayPal Members with Confirmed Shipping Addresses.
You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order. That email will contain your Order Number and Total Amount.

For All Checks: Payment instructions are indicated on the Order Summary / Receipt page, after the order has been submitted.
This may take at least 5-10 business days for processing, regardless of the type of check used.
Checks issued outside of CA may require longer processing time.
Product availability may be affected by this delay. Price adjustments will not be honored for orders made through these payment methods.
Check refunds may take up to 5 business days for processing.

Sales Tax
pricefavor will automatically charge and retain the applicable sales tax for all orders.

Shipping Methods
All Product Orders are shipped within 1-2 Business days. PriceFavor is committed to providing a 100% customer satisfaction. All of the Conversion orders are thoroughly tested by our staff before shipment.
To avoid any delays in order processing, the Ship-To address must match the PayPal or credit card's Billing address. If the Shipping address is different than the Billing address or PayPal Confirmed Address, please contact your credit card issuer to add the shipping address as your credit card alternate address.

We are not responsible for lost or damage packages if you do not purchase the optional insurance. All USPS international air mail packages do NOT have tracking number! Tracking number is ONLY AVAILABLE in USPS Global Priority Mail or if you request Express 3 day service with extra shipping cost.

* USPS International Air Letter or Parcel - Takes 5-7 Business Days plus 1 days processing time when the custom in Canada or other country holds it, it may take longer.
* USPS Global Priority Mail - Takes 4-6 Business Days plus 1 days processing time. when the custom in Canada or other country holds it, it may take longer.
* USPS, Media Mail - Delivery within 2 to 9 business days plus 1 days processing time.
* USPS - APO/FPO orders welcome! Delivery time will depend on location most take approximately 2 to 6 weeks plus 1 days processing time.
* FedEx Express Saver - 3 to 4 business days plus 1 days processing time.
* FedEx 2Day - Delivery within 2 business days plus 1 days processing time.
* FedEx Standard Overnight - Delivery within 1 business day plus 1 days processing time..
* FedEx Ground - 5 to 7 business days plus 1 days processing time..
* For HI and AK customers, FedEx can only ship via 2Day, and the shipping time will not be guaranteed.
* Orders shipped to PR will have a 6.6% duty tax applied and a $5.00 handling surcharge. PR orders will default to FedEx's International Economy shipping method and shoppers will be charged accordingly at checkout. Unless you use USPS ship and your confirmed address is PR , USA
* All orders require 1 business day processing time before shipping.
* Pricefavor does not process orders during weekends.
* No deliveries will be made on Sunday.
* PriceFavor does not guarantee same day shipping.
* All orders shipped within CA will be charged sales tax.
* Exact delivery times to HI, AK and PR cannot be guaranteed.

Customer will be charge $10 address correction fee if UPS/FedEx is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address. Another attempt to deliver the package will be made once we have secured the correct address.

Order status PriceFavor will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped (except when an APO/FPO is the shipping destination).

Processing Time You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. PriceFavor does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.

DOA's (Dead On Arrival) are an unavoidable aspect of any business model that involves direct shipment to customers. Please understand that PriceFavor ships only products it assumes to be functional and that any defective product you may have received was either damaged in transit or was anomalous

Product Testing PriceFavor, like other e-tailers, ships items in the condition they were received from the original manufacturer/distributor. PriceFavor does not conduct product testing before shipping any merchandise.

Return Policy We do not accept returns. All sales are final. However, if we ship the wrong product, or if the product is found to be defective, based on the manufacturer's specifications. The product will either be replaced or refunded at the discretion of PriceFavor

Guarantee: We will Guarantee this item for 30 days after purchase of merchandise. Short-shipments, DOA products and Defective on Arrival situation must be noticed within 3 days after delivery.

Defective products may be exchanged for the same or a comparable product or your account will be credited for the amount of the product plus tax. The Shipping and Handling fee and any credit card surcharges will be excluded on any credit that PriceFavor issues. Pricefavor reserves the right to verify the defectiveness of the product once we receive it in order to issue proper credit or exchange.

Any defective items can only be returned after obtaining RMA# from us. Replacements or repair service will be made for defective items. All defective item exchanges are free. The RMA number must be shown outside of your shipping box. Packages without a RMA number will be refused.

RMA number is valid for 20 days after the date of issue. Returned merchandise received after 20 days from the invoice date will not be refunded nor returned. When we receive your returned item, we will refund your order amount less a minimum 15% restocking fee and the original shipping charges.

Buyer is responsible for returning shipping costs and insurance.

All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging. Specifically: packing materials, diskettes, CDs, warranty cards, parts and accessories, promotional items, manuals, and all other documentation provided.

Physical Damage Policy Physical damage to any product purchased at PriceFavor will effectively void warranty coverage. Improper Installation that are chipped, burnt or have bent pins are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage. As a result, PriceFavor will return any physically damaged item to the customer at the customer's expense.

Registration Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor in the event of a problem when processing an order.
